SIDBI Recruitment 2022: The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) invites applications from interested and qualified candidates for the various positions on a contractual but full-time basis. The candidate must not be older than 35 on July 31, 2022.

Age limit for SIDBI 2022 recruitment: The candidate must not be over 35 years old on July 31st 2022.
Education Qualification for SIDBI Recruitment 2022:
- Bachelor of Laws (3 years / 5 years) from a recognized Indian university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- A graduate degree in law from a recognized Indian university will be preferred.
Experience for SIDBI Recruitment 2022:
- The agent should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PSB/FI/NBFC etc. in the legal field, in particular in matters of legal recovery OR;
- Practicing lawyer with at least 3-5 years experience in dealing with legal matters related to Bank/FI, viz. experience in DRT/SARFAESI etc OR;
- Have combined experience in the above two categories. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in drafting/verifying documents/deeds/contracts, including complaints/written statements/petitions/claims; transportation; title search; Support line officials in understanding and mitigating legal risk in projects/agreements etc. ; Liaison with attorneys/attorneys, enforcement of warranties, including under SARFAESI law; Supervision of pending legal cases in various courts/forums/tribunals/authorities; and verification of documents, etc. or any other related matter regarding SIDBI.
Remuneration for SIDBI Recruitment 2022: The remuneration would correspond to a remuneration linked to the market. The same will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on a case by case basis. The same should not be a constraint for the suitable candidate. In addition to the initial compensation offered on a cost to business (CTC) basis, there would be a provision for an annual increment on the initially finalized CTC, which will be considered by the Bank based on the time performance assessment. to another.
Contract Duration for SIDBI Recruitment 2022: The duration of the contract would initially be for three years, renewable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years.
Selection procedure for SIDBI 2022 recruitment: The selection would be done through pre-selection and personal interviews which would be held online at an appropriate date (to be informed in due time) in front of the selection committee. The Bank will carry out a pre-selection of applications in order to prepare, if necessary, the establishment of a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for an interview. Thus, the mere fact of fulfilling the conditions set out in the announcement would not automatically entitle a candidate to be invited to an interview. The bank’s decision to call candidates for interview is final. No correspondence will be received in this regard.
merit list: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained during the interview only. In the event that more than one candidate obtains the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), these candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.
Waiting list : SIDBI reserves the right to draw up waiting lists of candidates in different grades and consider such candidates on waiting list to meet the actual requirement.
