IIC Partners presents the international mentoring program


May 10, 2021 – Search for IIC partner executives around the world launched a new service for executives available by invitation only: the International Mentoring Program. “I am very happy to launch this program with my fellow colleagues from IIC Partners,” said Ewa Olszewski, senior partner at Michaël Berglund AB in Sweden and initiator of the program. “All over the world, we see leaders striving to be better, to grow, to set themselves and to achieve lofty goals.” “Through our international network of leading executive search firms, we have built trusted personal relationships with some of the most inspiring leaders in the world,” said Ms. Olszewski. “Technological developments have made the world feel closer and create new opportunities. The international mentoring program connects CEOs, CFOs, CHROS, board members and other leaders with experienced leaders beyond their own industry and borders, enabling mentees to ” broaden their perspectives and professional networks, said IIC Partners. New member firms

IIC Partners recently added ZOOM Executive Search & Leadership Consulting in Russia as the newest member firm. ZOOM Executive Search & Leadership Consulting was founded in 2013 and provides professional research and development services for senior executives and board members for Russian and international companies. The company has a team of 10 professionals and works in a wide range of industries and functions. “We are delighted to welcome ZOOM Executive Search & Leadership Consulting to our membership,” said Ms. Hayward. “As one of the leading executive search companies in Russia, they will further strengthen our presence in Europe, especially in the industrial and digital sectors. IIC Partners also added Visindi as a member. The latter became the 24th IIC Partners office in Europe. Visindi was founded in 2004 by Jenny Homme, Heidi Wiggen and Magne Amundsen, and immediately grew rapidly. Every year since 2015, Visindi has been ranked as the largest executive search firm in Norway by Finansavisen, Norway’s second largest business newspaper. Visindi now has 38 consultants in four offices across Norway, who work on executive-level and board-level research for local and multinational organizations. The firm performs board and senior management assignments in all industries in the private and public sector.
