Bortz was previously director of early childhood education at Gross Schechter Day School in Pepper Pike, Ohio.
Bortz, who was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, graduated from Johannesburg College of Education and received her master’s degree from Siegal College of Jewish Studies, Cleveland.

A native of Indiana, Dampier’s hospitality career began in Indianapolis after earning a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University. With 20 years of experience, she has held various leadership positions with renowned brands such as Hyatt, Conrad Hotels and Resorts and other Marriott Bonvoy portfolio properties.
She brings her extensive knowledge and expertise in group management and catering to her new role, where she will lead sales for the luxury hotel’s group events. She will also oversee weddings, social events and corporate catering meetings.
Francis holds an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park. His 28-year career in the hospitality industry began at Walt Disney World, followed by an 18-year tenure with various Marriot Bonvoy brands.
